
Preliminary Concept Stage
Our Design Consultant will work with you. He will meet with you on your site. He will listen to your hopes and desires, consider your budget, take into consideration all of the physical requirements of your site, including the orientation, amount of slope, views etc. so he can create the best solution for you. He will then create concept sketches which can be refined over further meetings if required.
Preliminary Pricing Stage
Once the concept sketch has been accepted we will determine what inclusions you would require for your home and a price will then be provided If you feel you have built up a good rapport with our Design Consultant and feel comfortable in continuing with our company, then we would go ahead and prepare the Preliminary Agreement. A preliminary deposit is then required to be paid to enable us to order your soil test & report, contour survey and preliminary drawings.
Contract Stage
When this stage has been reached, you will be provided with a full set of working drawings, a specification detailing all of the inclusions in your home and a completed Master Builder’s Fixed Price Residential Building Contract. Once the contract has been signed a deposit of 5% of the contract price (less the preliminary deposit paid at the previous stage) will be required to be paid. Once we have received a Finance Approval letter from your financial institution, we will prepare all of the paperwork for submission to your relevant Council for building approval.
Colour Selections
While your plans are in Council awaiting building approval, you will be provided with a Colour Selection Booklet which will detail all of the fixtures, fittings and finishes that have been included in your contract. Now the exciting part begins - you can start selecting all of your colours for your new home.
Construction Stage
Your new home will now start to become a reality.. We use the same teams of sub-contractors for all of our homes - they are all very familiar with the standard and quality of finish that we expect. The construction of your home is personally supervised by us, the owners of the company. When you meet at various times during the construction stages, you are meeting with the actual builder.
